Each bin can have up to three qualified suppliers. You can choose to change suppliers for any bin at any time, with no need to renegotiate. We constantly monitor your usage and supply so that production bins are adequately filled at all times. We generate purchase orders to your suppliers, handle receipts and billing and track supplier performance. ALS becomes your logistics manager.
All communications between you and your suppliers is electronic. At any time you can review the status of purchase orders and invoices via a special-purpose website maintained by ALS. Complete traceability is ensured. |
